  • Skirt board to contain concrete and gravel

  • 2x4 24" on center roof girts with 24" & 48" o.c roof trusses

  • 2x8 skirt board, engineered truss carriers 2x10, 2x12 & LVLs

  • compatible for insulation, electrical wiring and any desired wall covering

  • 2x4 or 2x6 wall construction 16" and 24" on center framing

  • garage door headers engineered to opening widths and roof loads

  • great fit for garages that are 8' - 10' tall on the first level

  • always ready for insulation and interior finishes without additional framing
